I think everybody dreads having to deal with their septic tank issues, so we were blessed to find someone who made the whole situation a lot easier; Richard was very compassionate and professional in our time of emergency. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, I would recommend Rainbow Septic in a heartbeat!

I called him, and he never made an appointment or came out, he just quoted me $600 over the phone. He tied up the process because rural development called him and cancelled the estimate. When they backed out, I ended up having to get another company. The other company came out and gave me an honest estimate and quoted me $3000, so Rainbow messed up the amount of money that I was able ot get from Rural Development. I would not recommend them to anybody. They aren't reliable, didn't make an appointment or show up and they messed up my whole procedure.

Mike came out and dug up the opening for the septic, pumped it, and then buried it back. They were very punctual and you couldn't even tell they had dug in the yard. We had to reschedule once because of rain - I appreciated that he didn't want to make a mess of our yard. He spent time with my husband discussing the septic tank and care of it. Highly recommend!
