I have been waiting for 4 months for them to address the issue - still no resolution. I had a fence installed through Lowe's and the fence was not designed properly and the gate was not racked properly to account for the slope of my yard. This resulted in an unsightly >6 inch difference in the gate panels. I contacted Lowes on the date of the install and sent them pictures. This was in January of 2023. It is now May and although a very sweet customer service person calls and emails me once every two weeks, NOTHING HAS BEEN CORRECTED. I am getting nothing but lip service from LOWES and they have yet to escalate the matter despite my requesting it over and over. Interesting fact - They made me pay both labor and materials up front before they would order the materials. I paid cash (debit card) so I cannot even get my money back with a credit card dispute.
