I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received from Johns-Heck Plumbing. I was referred to them for warranty service on my new Rheem water heater and was pleasantly surprised how quickly they reached out to set an appointment. When they arrived, both gentlemen were very friendly and courteous, and they took the time to listen to the problems I was having with my hot water. They were able to diagnose the problem and get it repaired in under an hour! I love that they are a local, family-owned business and they truly exceeded my expectations in every way. I can confidently say I will be calling them for all my plumbing needs going forward!
