AKA A- Plus Door & Glass- Representative came out within 24 hours of contact. Very polite, knowledgeable. Promised to contact us when order was placed Monday. No call Monday, No call Tuesday, etc. Placed calls to both numbers on answering machines- nothing but crickets. Been more than a week now, I guess they don't really need the business. I was willing to pay up front, glad I didn't. Surely there is a professionally run company out there that is true to their word. Still looking.

I have an old garage door that had been fixed before. They fixed someone else's mistakes and fixed my garage door that had been stopped when it hit a broom handle that had fallen in it's way so therefore the garage door wasn't operable. Very professional and knowledgeable in their task. They repaired my door and I felt it was money well spent.

I have had Jacob repair a garage door for me two times and have been very pleased each time. He is pleasant and professional, and his fees are very reasonable. I have had garage door work in the past from another service that was recommended through Sears, and Jacob's Door Services had to come in a few months later and do the work correctly. The price I paid for the repair from Jacob was about half of what the first repairman charged. I will use Jacob's Door Service any time I need a door repaired.
