Amazing. The plumbers were here a day after I called. They were so polite, took care to wear 'booties' so as to not bring dirt into my home. They had all supplies with them and fixed all my plumbing needs within an hour! The price was so reasonable. I can't express enough praise for them! I'm passing out their business cards to my neighbors and friends. That's how confident I am of them.

When I called Mark, he was very courteous and was very concerned about fixing my problem. He sent out Keller, who was also very courteous, and professional. He was able to install the valve and take care of the high pressure problem. Keller is a great guy, and went the extra mile on my project by giving me tips and advice. I highly recommend this provider.

The work done was excellent. The team was terrific. They answered every question with no hesitation. They arrived at 9:00 AM and stayed until the problem was solved (the meter no longer running) and the yard and house completely cleaned up (6 PM). They did almost no damage to the bushes next to the house, handling the backhoe carefully so as not to damage the tree. The trench that they had to dig from the meter to the house is not lovely, but it could have been much worse We would highly recommend Mark Redmond, his son, and his other employees to anyone who needs a plumber. This was a tough assignment and they were terrific.

Courteous, fast, and efficient, The kitchen sink plumbing in our 50 year old house had developed a leak inside the exterior wall and into the basement. Keller, the service technician, evaluated the situation and efficiently replaced the under sink plumbing with modern materials which isolated the leak and fixed the problem. This required work in the basement, the kitchen and on the roof! When the work was done the owner came and checked the job while final leak testing was conducted. We are very satisfied and will definitely use them in the future,

We were very pleased with the work that was done. There were two gentlemen that came and both of them worked constantly. They were right on time and didn’t take them long at all. They were really nice and respectful!

Two gentlemen (plumbers) came to access the problems . Nothing could be done upon 1st visit because of the extent of the damaged water lines, connection areas and their schedule. They scheduled to come back 2 days later. Water to the inside of the home was shut off only to be turned on & used sparingly. The 2nd visit 2 days later, the same 2 guys returned to our home early that morning and replaced all effected water lines, shut off valves, and an outside water valve outlet. They cleaned up after themselves gathering all of their belongings. Payment was made in full. Salutations were done and they left. I am very please with the professionalism, kindness, quality, and promptness of the two gentlemen and their services. Also the cost of the entire job was very reasonable rates. I live out of state from where I needed the work done. Angie's List is the only way I can hire reputable people to do the work I need. I called first thing Monday morning and someone was at my house within the hour and I had the new water heater installed by the next morning, I'm glad to know someone who can do plumbing work in Morristown.

Mark was very responsive to the request. HE was able to work with the dates my mother provided. His crew was on time, professional, and respectful. They replaced the old water heater and installed a new one. My mother was very complimentary of their work and is looking at having them return to replace old faucets. Couldn't be more pleased! Mark Redman and his son, Sam have the best plumbing company in East Tennessee. Extremely professional and committed to their customers satisfaction. I had another plumber do the original install and got royally ripped off. Mark and Sam came in, replaced everything and made sure that it would pass inspection by the county. I cannot stress how impressed I am with this company. Thanks again Mark and Sam!

Efficient, knowledgeable, prompt.

Mr. Redmond came the day I called and he and his son, Samuel, very efficiently removed the fireplace. They went the extra mile and disposed of it for me. Very nice men. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.
