The installation took two days, a Monday and a Wednesday, interrupted because of the illness of one of the installers. They seemed to know their job and did it pretty well. They weren't perfect, but I'm the one who knows where the flaws are. When they are back in Knoxville (Bill Parker is in Morristown), they are going to make a few minor adjustments for me. I am planning to use this business again.

Visited business and met with Clint Parker. Asked for and received estimate which was totally fair and lower than any others for the same quality carpet. Returned next day and confirmed sale and installation date. As agreed, installers performed the job and work was done quickly and professionally. I would recommend Parker's very highly.
