Anderson Poured Walls

The company began work as scheduled and made progress quickly; however the progress slowed as they initially had several employees working on our project, but then pulled all of them off except for 2 men who were very inexperienced.  There were some problems with a footer pin being missed (surveyor's fault) which they corrected, but the project took more days than necessary due to lack of manpower.  When I called the owner, he was honest enough to explain that a contractor with a much larger job than ours insisted that they do work for him immediately, which meant that we were put on the backburner. He stated that at the present time, he did not have enough workers and was apologetic.  After I called to express my discontent, work began to move along more quickly and the job was finished. I have no problem with the quality of the work and they left the construction site clean of waste materials, but it was very disappointing to be told initially that they performed work in the order it was scheduled and then to find out that that is not the case. Contractors take precedence over the everyday homeowner.
