Iron Horse Trailers

The company did ship the purchased motorcycle trailer as promised. They also shipped all accessories but one after the initial purchase--a several hundred dollar motorcycle trailer cover. I have saved all the email correspondence from this company and will provide copies of them admitting that they failed to provide the purchased item. What I cannot understand is why a company wou,d ruin a relationship with a customer over a couple of hundred dollars. I don't understand this. Since receiving this email in October of 2014, my emails have been ignored:

Hi Bill -

You could not be more right...I didn't realize there was an email from you
prior to this one and that I hadn't answered it. I've been a one man band
in the office for a couple of months, and I am overworked and frazzled, but
that's not an excuse. I am really sorry.

I found out about 3-4 weeks ago that the cover company ran out of the
material used for our covers, and since it comes from freaking Indonesia (in
huge quantities, no doubt) that would mean a delay. The material is due in
this week, and covers should be produced in the next 3 weeks.

I will gladly refund your money if you want, but I suspect you are more
interested in having a cover and having an answer for why you don't have a
cover yet!

Again, I'm so sorry!
