Randall and the 2 boys that work with him were on time and got straight to work.  They finished in a prompt time.  Very nice and respectful men.

It took a few days for the company to shift other jobs around and put us in the loop. Once they arrived they went right to work. They were organized had all their plumbing supplies on their van so that they did not have to run all over looking for things. They were knowledgeable and professional. Answered all our questions. Finished in record time. Excellent work quality. I would not hesitate to recommend them. I will never use anyone else.

It took a couple of weeks for him to get started because he is so busy, but he came when he said would. Completed the work and would not let me pay him until I was completely satisfied that the problems were taken care of.

I could tell that Randall obviously knew what he was talking about from the day he came to give me an estimate. It wasn't a definite or written estimate and we never had any signed contracts. Randall completed the work when he said he would. It did take a couple weeks to get him started on the job because he was so busy with other jobs, but he was honest and upfront about this delay. Randall is a man who will tell you how it is, and do the job right. I have a very particular eye and Randall exceeded my expectations while doing things the specific way I asked. For example, I asked him to run the main drain pipe around the outside walls of my basement instead of right through the middle of the ceiling to save on head room. Even though it would have been easier and faster to run in right through the middle of the room, he did as I asked and kept it on the outside.
