They are great. Dr. Reed, the veterinarian, has been in town for years. He is wonderful and kind. He treats your animals like part of the family because they are important to us. We trust him. I highly recommend him. We have senior dogs and they are rescue dogs, most of them, and they have had several health issues and he has been very good. Our dogs are about 13 years old and he has done a good job with them.

They were horrible but their prices were reasonable; pricing was not the problem. The experience was awful. When my dog finally had to be put to sleep they could not come over and put him to sleep. When I finally had a doctor make a house call to my house to put him to sleep no one in the office ever apologized or sent me a sympathy card or anything. I had been bringing my animals there for years. Nobody would speak to me; it was like they were mad at me because I did not use them to euthanize my dog. I could not figure it out; it was the most awful experience I ever had. When I went in there to bring back a bunch of medications; I spent a lot of money there getting my dog treated that had heart failure. They said they agreed to give me money back on bottles of medication that were unopened and they were rude. It was terrible; nobody apologized and I got no card or anything; I was appalled by that. My dog was a patient for years and I could not understand that. Their office was also stinky and dirty, which is a sign of a bad operation; the hospital should be cleaned and smell good. I think my dog could have gotten better medical care and I believe they made some mistakes.

I took my cat here to get the lump checked out and the vet told me that it was a tumor and they needed to remove it.  They tested the tumor and they said the test came back unclear so they couldn’t tell us whether the tumor was benign or not.    They operated on him and removed the tumor and the first thing the vet told me when he handed the cat back to me was that it would come back with a vengeance.  The tumor came back and I had to have my cat put to sleep 3 months later.  I used to take my animals here, but some of the staff here seem to have a bad attitude.   He is a good vet and has been around for years, but my experience with my cat was very dissatisfying and it makes me question the quality of diagnosis and treatment plan they use here.

When I had gone out for some work, I utilized the services of this kennel to keep my dogs. They take care of dogs very well. This kennel has good facilities and devoted people with them.
