Jones Lawn Care

I hired this firm to clean my yard. I needed leaves raked, weeds pulled from flower beds and decorative stone areas, and roundup sprayed where weeds were growing. After waiting over a week to get started, work began on 3/26. Work was not completed; owner advised he would return 3/30 to finish. No show 3/30. Owner advised he would return 4/4 to finish. No show 4/4. He finally arrived 4/5 and did complete most of the work. Owner failed to pull weeds and spray roundup. When questioned, he responded "we never discussed weeds or roundup". His work quality was marginal at best. Responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism is terrible. Owner commented to me that he had "too many customers to waste his time arguing with me. I would not recommend this company to anyone and certainly would never rehire.
