Overall I was pleased with the unit. I was also pleased that he worked with me in the beginning by letting me give him half of the money up front and the remainder a week later.

Sammy came out this morning, about 11:30, determined our compressor was bad and needed to be replaced. He made some calls, found a compressor and came back at 7:30 this evening and is currently installing the compressor. You don't know how blessed you are until something is gone and somebody like Scott Heating /Cooling comes to your rescue.
