Dry Cleaning Service
Had put a dress for dry cleaning and asked the lady for one specific sweat stain with little color merged to be removed. She looked at the stain and said it will be $8. She did not even mention that she may not be able to remove the stain. When I picked up the dress, the stain wasn't removed at all or even faded and there was no apology or no explanation if they had tried to do that and instead a lot of arrogance. The lady just kept saying we have dry cleaned it and kept raising her eyebrows. I paid them the money but you expect a better customer service or at least politeness from such businesses. I do not think the ladies at the front desk care about their customers.
