WOMACK EXTERMINATORS

I've had twice yearly termite inspection/spray for years. Was having rotten wood replaced last week, contractor said maybe termites. Womack tech came out, said "yep, termites", only sprayed under 1 area of house. I've called 5 times trying to talk to a boss to rectify & figure out treatment. I've been waiting 9 days so far, no call. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

I had some rotted boards around the house that I needed replacing.  When they pulled the boards off of the chimney, flying insects went all over the place.  I assumed they were termites but they were carpenter ants.  I called Womack Exterminators whom I've had a contract with since 1995.  He sent some kid out and he said he didn't know what they were.  He said he thought they were carpenter ants but wasn't sure.  He said he would call someone else with more experience.  Nobody ever called.  The builder that was helping me called the owner of the company 5 times but he never returned the calls.

They’re pretty reasonably priced.  Their professionalism gets an A+.

I really had some issues with them first, but now I have sorted them out. One when the guy came I was here and I saw that he did not even spray. He just walked around the house and left. I called them and complained about it. They started making appointments since then, and I have not had a problem since then. They had some people who were not doing their job. Now I make sure the person who comes does the work.

We've had them for 5 years since we bought the home. It is $117 for the termite. It is $70 for the seasons of change where they come out twice a year unless I call to tell them that there are critters moving in. They are punctual and they call to make the appointments. They do reminder calls. The young lady who handles the billing on the phone is super. Their punctuality has improved. We will continue to use them.
