Broke windshield during routine repair of airbags and then claimed it was submitted broken which was not true and then refused to repair the windshield.

On punctuality, I wouldn't say them, I would say me. But they have it ready at the time they say it would be. I've used them for years.

We have been under warranties. We also had a sensor replaced. They have been real good. I would use them again.

I’ve know them for 20 years. The bit that had broken was $250 & then the clutch was $2,800 somewhere else. I got a staff discount. Getting the harmonic diffuser replaced was a couple of hours. The workers are great, very friendly, very knowledgeable and very used to seeing me.

Very very good experience. Great customer service over the phone and in house. The service manager, Mr. Jones gave me $25 off the total price. They gave me the best price. Michael in service and Eddie in parts also took good care of me in person/on the phone.

They did a great job for me! They got me in and out very quickly, in fact they were finished within 45 minutes. They also checked my fluids and air pressure in my tires as well.

They are good and they are reasonable. Their scheduling is great when I need to take my car in there. You just drive out there and wait on it or you can schedule it. I've never had any problems with them.

The sales person was very attentive. we leased 2 Honda Civics @ approx. $17,000 each.
The dealership A/C was very poor and no apologies or effort was made to accommodate us with a fan or better area. The rest rooms were not clean and tidy; nor was the coffee and snack area. We were there for hours, due to only one financial associate and not offered a beverage, but were given after inquiry.
I mention to several associates it was too hot and received replies such as: didn't notice, I have a fan in my office, yeah, the A/C does work very well.
When, the cars were brought out for us, the detailing was terrible: poorly vacuumed, not clean on outside-with dirt and mud in grill, hub caps, etc.. The salesperson tried to spot clean when brought to his attention. By this time it was dark, we had been there for hours, we were hungry, over-heated and exhausted and needed to leave.
Our plates for vehicles were over a month late due to administrative error-and the papers had to be re-done and signed....were were 5 hours away! The papers were sent via FedEx, as were the new drive out plates (tags), until the papers processed again and finally received permanent tags.
Very disappointed and not impressed with management and dealership. I was a previous Toyota owner (Toyota Wolf Chase) and received excellent delivery and service in a clean and customer friendly environment.

I have used Wolfchase Honda for all of my service needs since purchasing my 2008 Honda CRV from them in May 2009 (this was also a good experience - no hassles, no bargaining!)
This most recent oil change was the same as every other experience at this store - professional, friendly staff, clean facility, fair price - no complaints!

I did a lot of research on the car I wanted, the price I wanted, and what I would get out of a trade in if I even went that route. Wolfchase blew it all away. I got the exact car I wanted (that no one else could find), I got 0% financing (better than my pre-approved loan), they beat the price I expected, and even gave me the KBB private party price on my trade in. The salesmen were excellent and it was a fairly quick experience considering I was buying a car. Highly recommended.
