WINSOR'S FLOWERS

The worst experience ever. They called (sometime after 12:00) to arrange deliver, but I wasn't home. So, they didn't deliver (although two other florists did). A woman called the next day at 11:30 to ask about delivering then. After I complained that my birthday was over and they had not called earlier, or left the flowers at the door, the woman said they never left flowers in the "heat" and that the delivery man had called many times and driven by and left a note. (One call on caller ID, no note on door!)When no flowers arrived the next day, my husband called the owner who said told my husband I had cussed and yelled at his mother! And that he would not refund the money to someone who was so rude. I went into the shop to talk to the "mother" and she said that she had been mistaken about the delivery man driving by, that she had not told her son that I cussed, but that I had been very rude!
