Other than just painting, Mr Williams was able to get my house in top of the line order. Baseboards, doors, trim, flooring, cabinets, everything! Very efficient work as well. I got plenty of compliments on my remodel. For sure would hire again!

Popcorn Acoustic Ceiling Texture Application, Repair or Removal
Rod was hired to remove popcorn ceilings, retexture and paint them, paint the whole house, repair sheet rock and remove/replace fixtures. After about 3 weeks on the job we needed to leave town for 2 weeks. Even though he had a key, no work was done while we were gone. I received a text from Rod stating he had hurt his back. Since there has been a review posted after he walked off the job, I assume he is still working. After a few weeks I texted him enquiring about his back. He has not returned text emails or phone calls, just walked away from the job. I hired another crew to repair-finish the job. When they started to repaint the ceilings because they were blotchy, the texture Rod applied came off in sheets. They had to scrape the entire ceiling in the whole house, retexture, and repaint. There is further painting of walls and all cabinets Rod did not complete even though he was paid for most of it. I cannot recommend Rod due to Poor quality of work and the fact he walked off the job without contact. And he never returned the key.

Rod was respectful and did a great job with repair to a popcorn ceiling. He also did drywall repair and some painting. In addition, he removed some wood flooring that had been damaged and replaced it with new flooring. We were very pleased with that as well. It was such a pleasure working with Rod. He communicated well and is just a really nice guy. He did what he said he would do when he said he would do it! We like that and plan to have him back in our home soon.

First of all, Rod was a true professional service provider. We hired Rod to remove the kitchen wallpaper, paint the kitchen and install a backsplash in the kitchen. Rod was on time, had great communication, was extremely polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He takes great pride in his work and cares for his clients. This is just about the best experience I've ever had with any contractor and I've worked with quite a few. He did a bathroom drywall repair and painting after fire damage. Excellent!! I can't say enough abut Rod. He is a true professional and craftsman, not to mention a really really beautiful painter. I'm already having him look at our exterior tiling project this spring.

Rod was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He saved me a lot of money by replacing several tiles and matching the grout to a tee on my bathroom floor. I had others tell me I needed to replace the entire floor. Rod did a great job, cleaned up, and was fast. He started the job the same afternoon of the quote and finished the next day. The floor looks fabulous! I would definitely recommend Rod and hire him again!

Mr. Williams did a fantastic job removing popcorn ceiling, sanding, painting, etc. in our kitchen and breakfast room. He arrived promptly at the time he told us. The exterior of our house was painted. He did an excellent job. Some painters usually take shortcuts, but not this painter, He went the full mile. He painted the gutters all the way down to the end. The bad wood was even replaced. I would definitely use him again. I also recommend him to do any job correctly.

Rod is our guy! We recently bought our first home and wanted all the popcorn ceiling removed and painted- kitchen, dining room, laundry room, hallway, and a large, high-vaulted ceiling living room. Rod came out immediately, quoted us a fair price (especially compared to other quotes we had gotten from other companies) and got to work the very next day. My husband and I were amazed at not only the quality of work, but also how efficient he worked in order to get the job done. Rod knew we were excited first-time home buyers, and he made it possible for us to move in sooner than expected and with beautiful, bright new ceilings. He's even already come back out since then to help us with some other home improvements. Rod is now our go-to guy for any and all home projects, and would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting work done for their home. Rod pretty much does it all!

What a dream! Rod offered an estimate and upon agreement, he offered service the next day. He painted trim and three walls that included 18 ft ceilings, one wall up a staircase. He is such a pleasant person and exudes positivity. The completed work was impeccable, and Iâ ve already scheduled him to quote a paint job at my parentsâ house. He will certainly be on speed dial for any other projects at my home.

Late and very unprofessional didnt finish the job. Also, he asked for an advancement on the second day of a 5 day job. He did not paint behind the refrigerator left clumps of paint on the cabinets because he didnt show up for work And tried to rush through the Cabinet paint jobs. The cabinets look like a child painted it. He left paint drippings on my stove and rushed through painting my laundry room. He should be giving me half of his pay back. Didnt paint underneath the kitchen light fixture and tried to do a 2 man job by his self. I would not recommend him to paint any job for that matter.

"In this field I have learned you cannot possibly satisfy every customer. I should have know when the customer said she ran the first contractor off that she would become a problem. The project presented to me was a two-week project, but Mrs. Kimberly stated she needed the job done in one week due to family coming in town. I worked on this project for over 8 hours every day and also dedicated a Sunday to ensure the Kimberly D. Family were satisfied during the whole project step by step. With the type of project, I had to complete I do require 1/2 of the total upfront. I made an exception this time, waived the down payment due to Mrs.D., stating that she had just paid the last contractor. I strongly believe in giving every customer a superb experience. Williams Painting and Remodeling believe in delivering 100% satisfaction to all current and future customers. My company reviews speak for themselves. Mrs. Kimberly was so impressed with the outcome and timing that I was completing the project that she was willing to pay me a couple of days ahead of the completion date. She stated that the project was coming along great. I never allow a customer to pay me unless they are satisfied."

Rod did a great job. Had him to quote me price to repair some bad spots in my ceiling. I have a stairway that is very high and I have not be able to get anyone to paint it. I pointed it out to Rob and he said ""Yes madam I can do it". He gave me a quote and he came out and fixed my ceiling and painted my stairwell. He did a get job. So, much so, he is getting ready to remodel my bathroom. I would recommend and trust him to do a great job. He is very professional and courteous and really does great work.
