After, confronting service manager, he agreed to remove all new parts they put on, at his expense. I had a mechanic that could do the work for MUCH cheaper. I ONLY needed a diagnostic on it! After paying a tow company $85 to bring it back to me, my mechanic fixed it, but wasn't able to update the computer on the equipment. After contacting Bobcat, learned that the dealer, Williams Equipment is the ONLY one in the Memphis, TN area that can do that. Scott Richmond, never informed me of that. So I would STILL have to take my equipment up there to have them fix it. Requested a meeting with Scott, and the branch manager, Vernon. Scott was not truthful in this meeting, so Vernon backed him up. They got very angry when I stated I was going to review them on Angie's List and social media, but still did nothing. I've spent over $205,000 total over the last few years with this company. The message they sent me was that they value a dollar over my customer loyalty! I will never go back!!!
