Description of Work: gave me an estimate on repairing the LED screen for my 58" HDTV for the insurance company so we could settle the claim. They were very up front and honest about he repair and cost and recommendations of cost vs purchasing a new tv.

+ -1 moreCalled and explain problem / told me they knew for sure it was the lamp / they would come out for a flat $100.00 service call plus parts / or I could come and get the part/lamp and put it in myself and they would talk me thru it / so I went to them and purchased the lamp and installed it myself / it was easy and they saved me the service call / honest folks!!!

+ -1 moreThey were assigned to my TV repair by Samsung. They called the next morning after my call with Samsung. They made an appointment to come pick the TV up and were on time and very nice. Everything went as planned. As soon as the part came in they repaired the TV. The two workers who came out were very helpful and even hooked up my receiver back to my Tv and surround sound. My TV works like a new one and I would definitely use them again.

+ -1 moreOur year-old 3D HDTV was hit by lightning. Panasonic informed us that Whitby TV was an authorized repair service for our TV. It is out of warranty, btw. I put in a request for service (I believe on a Monday) on their website. Soon after, I received a call and was informed of the charge to pick the TV up and take it in ($95) and that that amount would go towards the repair. Two people came and picked the TV up the next day and were very nice and professional and careful with the set. I received an estimate soon after (I believe the next day), and was told the part needed to be ordered. I authorized the repair and was relieved I would not need to replace the set. I was called on Friday morning to tell me it was ready and my husband set up a time to receive delivery that afternoon. He informed me the two who delivered were very nice and helpful. I believe they were the same two who picked it up. Also, since our satellite system was blown out as well, one of the delivery people was helpful in getting us in with the satellite company so that could be repaired more quickly as well. They went above and beyond. They made a very stressful situation so easy!
