I like that we've had no issues with them. If we do have a slight issue they come right out. We've been using them for about 3 years now. We would recommend them to friends and family.

They charge $75 a quarter. They are due to come again. It's a great company, they keep their appointments on time, I have no pests, spiders or anything. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.

We have them come out every three months for maintenance service. We are under a contract with them and have a set rate. If we need them to come out between appointments we don't pay extra. We get the same technicians every time. We have had two different technicians. Both of them seem to be very knowledgeable. They do a really good job. They have gotten rid of all the bugs. They manage everything very well. The owner of the company is an epidemiologist. He is a bug expert and a super perfectionist. He went to school to study bugs. They are very considerate of our home, and we are very happy with them. They have never been late. If the appointment is at two o'clock they would show up at two o'clock. They make good recommendations too. I have nothing negative to say about them. I would not want to stop using them unless they change something about their business.

We have used Weir Pest Control for the last two years to take care of our quarterly maintenance and annual termite inspections. They are a professional and reliable family business. At every maintenance call, they ask if there are any concerns and address them. They are also on call and respond quickly if you have a need before your next routine maintenance.

They are a smaller company. They pay a lot of attention to their customers and their customers concerns whereas a lot of the bigger companies tend to write their customer concerns off but they don't do that. They are still smaller and family run. The price and people are great. We like sticking with them. Their professionalism is great. I actually have 5 kids in my house on a daily basis because I keep a couple of my neighbor's kids so he is really, really great about working around the kids and he interacts with them, which is good. He does great considering the circumstances with them. They also treat for a lot of things that a lot of pest control companies charge extra for. I pay $75 every three months so it breaks down to $25 a month. I don't have to pay them extra if they have to come back out.
