+ -1 moreWe bought the materials ourselves. He is a neighbor and had a good reputation in our neighborhood doing a lot of work. He was kind and courteous and cleaned up after himself.

+ -1 moreDo not use this person he can not account for all the monies he has gotten. He is dishonest. He still has not finish the punch list that I have given him as of three months ago.
