I called United Water Restoration Group to provide an estimate on water and mold restoration. They also stated that they could renovate the entire house with the convenience of one company. Since they came highly recommended through Home Advisor I hired them. The service they provided was shoddy to say the least. I will attach pictures if the site allows. The walls, cabinets, flooring, wrong paint color and even washer and dryer connections were so badly done that the owner offered a credit instead of fixing all the inept workmanship. I had to get someone else to correct all the shoddy work. I am very disappointed. Hire at your own risk.

Top notch job and they had project done on time.

I was told 2 days for this project. It has turned into 3 weeks because of workers not being available to make show up, which was ok....thing happen. I was give another day, ok. Then on that day, I was given another day by which I had inconvenienced someone else to sit in because I had to work. When he did show up on another day, he was late and I was already late for work. The mold was back in a week and a respray was needing to be done. I was given an appointment for the respray and noone showed up. So, now I'm on week 4 with my walls still exposed but covered in plastic. And a machine sitting in my kitchen. A two day job has turned into a month! WTF! The poject manager didn't even come inside after I informed the young man that the mold was back. I am extremely pissed. And on top of that, I have an infant. I will never do business with them again. I just want them to finish the damn job. I work in customer service and I would never do my customers this way. Now, they will have to clean and spray the new mold and it will have to dry. Then finish the drywall. Starting the process all over again. So p*****!

They were great! I had a roof leak that caused mold and they were the only company I found that would replace the drywall and insulation that was damaged! It took longer originally quoted, but only because they wanted to make sure it was done right! Absolutely amazing!
