They cleaned the carpet in the hall. They used the steam cleaning method that proved very effective in restoring the freshness back into the carpet. I am very happy with the job they've done.

They were great. The furnace seems to be working really well. What they missed up, they cleaned up. It didn't take them a long time either, they knocked the thing out. I haven't had any problems.

They were fine. The unit they had put in was backwards, I was very disappointed and it took a while to get it straightened out.
