The service was decent but the price increased each year without a notice. They charged for services that we did not requested and we were clear that we wanted ONLY the basic service

We just switched to using them about six months ago and they are wonderful. They are very punctual. When you call they are very good. Their customer service is over the barrel great. They are excellent. Someone had told me that I had finch worms and he checked and told me that I did not. Their response time is immediate and they don't make you wait weeks to do something. If it rains and the chemicals have not been down long enough, they will come back out without me even asking. They are very attentive to their customers and trying to grow their business.

They do a good job keeping the lawn looking good out of season, given the extreme weather. However, they need to stop cold-calling customers repeatedly to try to sell them other services.

So far so good. We have used a few different providers and they have been the best so far. Overall the experience has been good, and the lawn is much better. They have a very reasonable price.

None of my weeds have died. I called them back to fix the problem and they informed me that they couldn't fix my yard. They didn't seem capable of doing anything for me.

Just started a scheduled treatment service.Only one month now,time will tell.

THE WORK THAT THEY DID WAS HORRIBLE. THEY DID A HORRIBLE JOB CUTTING THE GRASS. IT WAS VERY SLOPPY AND UNEVEN. I AM GOING TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT WITH THEM. I WAS NOT VERY PLEASED AT ALL.

I USED THEM FOR ABOUT SIX MONTHS, AND DURING THAT TIME THE BUG PROBLEM KEPT GETTING WORSE. I ASKED THEM ABOUT IT AND THEY SAID THAT IT WOULD GET BETTER BUT IT NEVER DID. NOW I HAVE DEAD SPOTS ON MY LAWN FROM THEY SPRAY AND THERE ARE BUGS EVERYWHERE.

THEY WERE GOOD FOR A WHILE, THEN THEY STARTED CALLING ME AT DINNER TIME TO GIVE TELL ME WHAT WASN'T INCLUDED AND HOW I NEEDED TO ADD OTHER SERVICES. I FOUND SOMEONE BETTER THAT HAS MORE SERVICES INCLUDED IN A COMPLETE PACKAGE. THERE WAS JUST TOO MUCH PHONE HARASSMENT.

THEY COME EVERY 5 WEEKS TO TREAT OUR YARD AND SHRUBS. THEY ARE ALWAYS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE YARD AND CAN ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS. OUR YARD HAS NEVER LOOKED SO GOOD AND ALL FLOWERS ARE BLOOMING. WE PRICED OTHER COMPANIES AND THIS WAS THE BEST DEAL FOR WHAT YOU GOT. PLUS YOU CAN CANCEL AT ANY TIME...NO CONTRACTS.
