Tim Threadgill's Heating & A/C Service

This company installed a new unit that was eventually found to be defective by another company when Tim did not show up after days to restore our service.  The new company found the unit to be defective along with poor installation practices. The company that made the product replaced it at no charge
I have not heard from Mr. Threadgill  since, and do not want to.
I do not want to sully this man or company's reputation, neither do I want to give him a score that he does not deserve and have others be subject to similar experiences.
.In Mr Threadgills defence, I will say that he gave reasonably good service on an old unit prior to installing the defective one

The company that replaced the unit, I would assume would confirm the workmanship and the fact that the unit was defective.

He was very prompt and replaced parts that needed replacing so that all was functioning well.

Went great. Finished in one day.

A hassle-free removal of an old system and installation of a new one. It was much less trouble and disruption that I had expected. Tim is a total professional.

Tim Threadgill has serviced our HVAC for years, recommended originally by a trusted friend. He doesn't push but tells it like it is. When the outside AC needed replacing this year, he suggested a GREAT unit, well priced unit (not a Trane thank goodness), and we've been extremely happy with it. He told us over a year ago that this unit would need to be replaced within a year and he was right. He is quick to call you back, works you in if necessary, and is just an all around good person. I trust him in my home alone. He now services my elderly mother's HVAC and is one of the few contractors I trust to visit there without me present. I HIGHLY recommend him.

Tim Threadgill is a great company that is definitely not a push over. They came in and installed then unit and did the work that needed to be done. They did not try to harass me into anything extra, which was unusual. I thought the pricing was pretty average and I really have nothing else to compare them to. The service was fine as well as the workers.

First, I have to say that I have been using Threadgill so long he is like family. I like that no matter what time day or night, if something were to go wrong he would be out immediately. It's nice to have a company you can trust will do a good job, and you know they won't rip you off.
