Our lawn looks wonderful. We have had Paul for several years and are very pleased with his service. He has done an excellent job of weed control and our yard looks the best on the street.

He used to be very responsive in the beginning but recently has taken an attitude towards everything.
He never picks up the phone and returns calls after many days.
Just recently we asked him to give us a quote for his service for a home we recently purchased. We had to leave a voicemail. He never returned the called back. My husband called him again and finally got hold of him. He took the address for us.
He never called us to set up an appointment or informed us that he will be going to our property to look at.
After two months, he left a hand written note giving us his opinion on the house that it is a "fixer upper" and that we are not taking care of the current house why we want to put a bunch of stuff at the new house
These are his exact words:

You have not kept up with the landscaping at this house.
why put a bunch of stuff in at the new house? - You won't be able to keep up with it either.
I need a budgett - 5000 10,000 20,000 - what do you want to spend.
I recommend shutting down as many beds as possible.
Call me 650-0135 we will meet at the property and talk

He's amazing. I've probably had him for 4 years. I get a 10% discount if I pay for the whole year in advance. The amount would vary from the size of one's yard. I've got a very big backyard. I continue to use him because he's dependable. I don't need to be here. He's not afraid of my dogs; he's familiar with my dogs. He goes in, he does the yard, locks my gate and he leaves a ticket on my door.
