Had the Dent Shop remove a scrap of paint on my hood, two door dings, repair a hole in the bumper and "detail" the car. The hood came out great, the door dings are still visible and the bumper repair was only partially fixed. On the bumper they repaired and resprayed one portion but didn't touch an area that was in a separate color below an accent stripe. I expected it all to be done. I have had door dings taken out of other cars and was always amazed at how good the service can be. It's almost magical. The Dent Shop left me feeling so-so. It's not bad but they certainly weren't not looking at the work with the eye of the customer.

I took my son's 2004 Scion TC to The Dent Shop and got an estimate for repair of 2 dents on the same side of the car - one on the panel immediately behind the door, and the other on the wheel well over the right front tire. I was impressed by their interaction with me, and with their quoted price, so I decided to try them out. The work was done very well - could not be happier with how the panel and wheel well look! They painted the entire right side of the car, and blended the color in, then touched up all the small spots on the car - little scratches all around. The car looks great! All this was done one day earlier than expected, and was under the amount quoted to me. You can tell that the car was painted - when you open the door, you can see where the new paint ends With a car of this age, I find this acceptable - and was discussed prior to the job. I am very satisfied!
