Original quote and measurements were accurate. Had to order specialty piece for extra wide island, so install had to be scheduled for several weeks out. No problems with contacting or obtaining quote from company. Much better customer service, price and attention that I was able to find at the big box competitors. I believe in multiple quotes and this company came in average compared to others, but they definitely excelled in quality and service.
I recommended them to my mother who had her countertops replaced in March of 2013 and she is very pleased with their service, quality and price.
