Terry did most of his own work, and it was always wonderful. We were always very, very pleased and his treatments were effective.

We are very familiar with their work and they always give excellent service. They are extremely honest and reliable.

They do a good job. Well, on one hand they do the quarterly service well but they don't respond real well to special requests.

They come by when ever they come by. It's a very good service, and they are reasonably priced. They are a mom and pop type of business. They do good work, and I like them. They are very good about calling you back. They are also very courteous. I have been using them for a couple of years. They are punctual about scheduling. I will continue to use Terry's in the future.

We are very pleased with them and will use them in the future.

Terry arrived exactly when he said he would. He was professional and knowledgable and provided a very thorough explanation of his services. He took measurements on the outside of our house and provided an estimate on the spot. He never "oversold" or pressured us to buy his services. He simply provided credible information, described the quality of his services, and promoted his company's reputation built on integrity and a commitment to providing excellent service. I felt his estimate was very fair for the comprehensive services to be performed, and after meeting Terry, I felt very comfortable with the fact that he would do the same for my home as he would for his own. We agreed to an annual contract and established a time for Terry and his crew to return to perform the treatment. Once again, they arrived on time, and were professional and efficient in performing the initial treatment. I would highly recommend Terry's Termite and Pest Control, as they are very customer focused and do excellent work!

They are professional. They wear little booties in the house. The same worker came each time. They actually call to remind us of our next appointment.

We've been using them for 5 or 6 years and we love them. We like them so much that we have never price shopped. When we find a good place we don't care how much we pay; we just stick with them.

They were the original company we had come out to do the termite inspection and application when we built the house. We have kind of always stuck with them. We've priced other people and they have always fallen into the right price range for us. We've never had an issue with them and we've never had to call them back out for anything. We've never had a problem with termites and they have always done what they said they were going to do. They are really a great company and we really only deal with them twice a year when they come to do our checkup. We've never had an issue with any of their work.

Our fifteen year old home had never been appropriately protected from termites. I called Terry's Termite based on a personal recommendation of a friend. Terry came right out, inspected the premises and discussed with me what would be required to properly protect my home from termites. Terry came back with an employee and got right to work. Both gentlemen were very polite and professional. The initial application cost $600. Yearly follow-ups will cost $150

They do a very reasonable job. They come every quarter. Once a year they do my termite inspection. They call to make the appointments, and they are here on time. If I have a problem they will come back. They have taken care of a mouse problem that I had when I first moved here. They are very professional and they do a good job. They wear shoe covers to protect my carpets and floors.

They are outstanding. They are courteous, prompt, and thorough. The initial treatment was expensive, however the renewal is an A for sure. I plan to continue using them in the future.

It went great. I called Terry and he was close enough that he was able to swing by and do the inspection right then. We chatted about termites while he went around the house. He was very interesting and I learned a lot.

Everything went fine. He was good about explaining what he was doing.

We've signed these guys up for a year. They charge a reasonable amount of $30 and they are pretty good at their work. They know their job well. I have no complaints about them at all.

They're so good, I can't even begin to tell you about all the good work they've done for us. They rock, totally.

They do a good job on keeping pests away from my home. I've never been troubled by any bugs and hope I never will be. Whenever these people come out to spray, they call us beforehand to keep the kids someplace else, out of harm's way. They do their job very well.

Terry's Termite and Pest Control did a thorough job. The explained the traps and treatments to me. They are reliable and trustworthy. I am comfortable having them in my home. They put plastic booties on their feet while they were on the inside of my home. They are nice and friendly with my dog. If I have any problems they will come right back.

We had a really great experience with them. They were prompt, very friendly and courteous. If anything went wrong we called them up and they were very responsive to our phone calls. The service was guaranteed and there was minimal odor.

Terry's Termite and Pest Control called me to let me know they were coming out. They showed up on time. He let me know that he would be outside and he let me know when he was done, so that if I had any questions he could have answered them before he left. They seemed to know what they were doing. I have no complaints about their work.
