Terminix will up-sell you on subscriptions you do not need. It was my mistake for falling into the gimmicks so I take it as a learning experience. I will get several quotes next time.

There is no word to describe the experience of doing business with Terminix, I called to ask some information about their service, and make an appointment to meet with Mr. Paul Gornoski, the Terminex Representative , he came the next day and explained, every plans they offer and all the benefits you receive, having a contract with them. I took a good plan, and they did everything they mentioned in my contract, and with 100% guarantied I want to thanks Mr. Paul, for been so clear, diligent, and professional.

I have a contract with Terminix but they could (would) not help my situation with raccoons on my attic. Now, I have a rat in the house which has been caught. But no one has come here yet to check any possible entry places and it has been 9 days, plus, I cannot get through on any phone number I have been given to call as **all representatives are busy with other customers. Thank you for holding**... and hold for 10 mins before hanging up! I have paid good money for additional coverage on my plan with Terminix. Not happy.
