Sold services not needed, took weeks to get resolved, then they attempted to collect through collection agency. Filed with CPBC and they backed off.

Do not recommend for the service!!! Be careful of their extra charge! I had a service with Terminix for gutter guard installation and insulation on October 24th. On October 16th, I was contacted by Melissa Bane for an additional discount offer on this project, so I decided to go with it. I was quoted for $719.18 for the insulation installation and $1,611.43 for the Gutter guard installation. I was then connected from the local Terminix office, I believe the guys name is Matt. I made a payment via credit card and Matt told me that the credit card information would not be stored in the system. I gave out my credit card info and scheduled the service for October 24th. Then, on October 28th, I was charged an additional of $940.26 on my credit card for the insulation service. I called customer service immediately and was told that the refund ticket had been created. After several calls, I was told on November 2nd that the refund may take up to 3-4 business days. However, up until today, I have not received the refund yet. A charge of $940 was made without my consent and I wonder why my credit card information is stored even though I was told it would not. Please understand that I have to use my saving money to pay this charge to avoid a late fee on my account. No one can really explain or tell me when I will receive my refund that is caused by one of your employees mistakes. This makes me very upset and frustrated. I have made several phone calls to customer service only to be told that the refund would be processed and I never received it. I decided to cancel all my contracts with Terminix due to this extra charge. You have lost a customer due to your inability to solve this problem professionally.

These guys wrote up a quote for rodent control - put me on a monthly payment plan - but took the whole amount and cleaned out my account. In top of that, the service was horrible. they did not complete the service after two technicians took all day. They sent another technician that still did not complete the service, and now I have to go through the process of getting more of my money refunded. Absolute disaster. I ended up closing up the house by myself in a few hours - something that took them two days and many hours to NOT complete. To top all of that - once they seal the house - they do not offer to put out any traps in the attic - what good is that? STAY AWAY! Update 8-28-2020 I did receive a partial refund from the company!!

Very knowledgeable,fast service, took care of ants and roaches. Will use them again.

Friendly and professional. It did take more than one treatment to resolve the ants in my house but overall I'm pleased.

Communication was not good. I just needed to get rid of fleas but when the exterminator came, he did not know anything about it. He just used something he thought would work, but 3 weeks later they had to return.
