Terminix - Memphis -Termite & Pest Control

They do excellent work. Very thorough, very personable. Reasonable as far as pricing is concern. When I needed them they always come out.

They come every quarter. They are very good. I have a contract with them.

We still use them. I don't know that I've ever seen them; they just come out and spray. They come out quarterly; they've done that regularly.

The work was done expertly. The technician evaluated the situation and told me he would have to return for a second spraying before I could enter the premises. He completed that spraying and brought the infestation under control. Later I found there were a few flees still on the premise and asked for another spraying because we needed it clear of flees in order to empty the house. Though they were reluctant to come out again, so soon, they agreed to because of my unique situation.

I am very satisfied with them. They are good. I have had them for probably ten years or so. I would recommend them. I have had no problems with them whatsoever.

I was very disappointed in what I thought the salesman was selling me versus what was installed.  The blown insulation is sufficient but I thought there would be more areas covered than what actually was.  When I questioned, I received a reasonable answer but wished the salesman understood it better.  For the sealing, very disappointing.  They made a big deal about sealing the wood overlap on the brick walls.  Guess they were afraid of heights because they only did about half the house, the lower part they could reach...don't be suckered in by this treatment.  If the gaps between the wood and brick are too large, they can't seal them.  If it is out of their reach, too bad.  I called about this but just wasn't up to a long argument.  I am very happy with their insect treatment.  The terminix treatment is, now, fine.  We had a few infestations initially but have enough chemicals to deter the nasty little bugs...

It worked out very well. In this area they have been servicing us for 7 years. We have used them in other locations across the country. They are prompt and responsive. They do the work they are supposed to do. I would give them very high marks. We pay $85 a visit. I've only used Terminix so I have no comparison regarding their price.

We called Terminix because I found a dead scorpion under my daughter's glider in her room. When the guy showed up he was on time and polite. I thought the job he did was okay, just not as thorough as the Terminix website suggested it would be (cleaning spiderwebs from window corners outside, etc.) the guy who came the next time did a better job though.

Our rental property in Richmond had become infested with
German Cockroaches under the previous tenant, but the infestation was not
discovered until after the new tenant had moved in.  My wife originally went with PestMasters to
attempt to correct the problem, but we had a bad experience.  We eventually moved on to Terminix and
purchased a proper service agreement whereby they would come by as many times
as needed to get rid of the pests. 
The service was provided as described.  It took approximately 2 months to fully
eradicate the roaches.  Terminix sprayed
3 times in the first month and once in the second month.  Subsequent maintenance sprays were conducted
outside.  Every time we called to tell
them that there were still roaches they would have a technician at the property
within 24 hours.  The service was
outstanding from the first call to the final cancellation (we cancelled because
the tenants are responsible for pest control according to the lease).  I would happily use them again in the
future.  They may not be the cheapest
provider, but you get what you pay for.

One of the sales pitches we received from Terminix involved their pest control service.  An inspector came out, found no termites, and offered a package of termite control for a very hefty fee. A week later, we had an inspection from another termite control provider; he showed us a termite tunnel outside the house and offered treatment at much less cost.  I wouldn't use Termiix for termite control as a result.  And I am irritated by their constant calls for "upselling"....lime treatments, extra lawn services, etc etc.

Their service was fine.  It was relatively easy to call them. The mouse trap they put in worked.

They came out to spray and they will be back to spray the garage. They were spraying for cockroaches.  They also put rat traps in the attic.

They come out regularly. Their service is handy and I don't have to worry about it. They are good.

They did a good job.  They are very professional.  Their technician was always on time.  He was very polite and very thorough.

They have been servicing our home for several years. I did have to call them back last year for an ant problem. They came out and got it taken care of for me. The raised the price of the services by ten percent and two months later they raised it another ten percent. I called them and disputed the bill and they lowered it by the ten percent again.

They were able to get rid of the ants.

So far so good. We had couple of bugs and they took care of it. Any time we see something and we don’t like then we call them and they took care of it. We just have to give them a call and they will be there and we live in the middle of the woods so there will be bugs. There were several problems like nests as well which they took care. They do a good job. There was couple of things that I didn’t like. They came pretty quickly as they could and that was really good. The people whom I spoke with over the phone were really good but the guy who came out was over the phone for most of the time and that was a problem. The way he disposed it over the bathroom like everything was there and he didn’t take care of what he was supposed to take care. Then I had to call back again and they had to come again the next day. He was very apologetic on everything because he was over the phone. When I talked to them over the phone they said that they would take care of everything and they would leave the house as it was but it wasn’t like that. When I came back the next day there were bugs at the doors, the windows and all over the place.

Everything has been great. They are very efficient and informative. I have been very pleased with there service. They are punctual and always follow up with you.
