I used Glenn Terhune Plumbing Inc.  He was here December 21st of 2015.  It was under $200, it was probably $170.  I asked them if they could put new PVC piping in it and they said no.  The way they put it in you can only put in replacement pipes.  I have used their services more than once.

Terhune Plumbing (Eddie) did a great job of repairing the copper pipes in the hot water heater. If fact, he made them even better by installing better cutoff valves, and also by simplifying the configuration of the pipes. Excellent job!

Called them Monday AM, they arrived at the house on time on the same day and they completed service as planned. Both the service tech and customer service rep were consumate professionals.

They came and found out there was no leak in the pipe. They didn't have to replace any piping, they replaced a stop valve. They were for an hour and a half. They also were able to help me out with a recommendation as to who could come and fix the cabinet.

.Excellent service. The men who came to the house were very nice and professional. They were quick and the price was great. The only issue we had was that we asked for a lunch hour appointment, and they didn't get there until 2. The receptionist at the company called to apologize for the delay. Overall a great experience.

I give them five stars. I have no complaints at all. They were here the very day I called them as it was a situation where I couldn't wait so their promptness stuck out.

I called and set up a same-day appointment. They were able to arrive early and wrapped up everything (including a visit to a hardware store) in less than two hours. Very pleased.

I felt like the price was too high for what Glenn Terhune Plumbing did. I had the same problem before and they could have fixed it the first time. They didn't show up for the first appointment so I had to call back but the second time they did come on time and the staff is okay.

John arrived at my home about 10-15 minutes later than expected; however, it was rush hour and I know that traffic is crazy that time of the morning coming to midtown from Whitten Road. This was not a problem for me at all. John introduced himself and I told him my shower faucets would not stop leaking. He immediately got to work. He removed the leaking faucets in my shower, found the problem with each one (lucky for me they were minor) and replaced what needed replacing. John was very professional and friendly and didn't mind my and quot;hoveringand quot; and asking him questions while he was working. John was finished working within the hour. I asked him how much my bill was and he said they would send me an invoice. I was so pleased with the service I forgot to ask him how much my bill was. I called the office and a very nice lady answered. I told her I asked John how much my bill was but he told me they would send me an invoice but I forgot to ask what that would be. She contacted John and came back on the phone and told me that they had a few other customers on my street that were regulars with their company and they just always sent them an invoice after performing work for them. John just thought I was one of their regular customers. I told her this was the first time I used their company but it definitely would not be my last. I told her I was very pleased with my experience with Glenn Terhune Plumbing and that I was an Angie's List member and that was where I got their name from and she gave me a 10% discount to my bill. I think Glenn Terhune Plumbing is a very reputable company and I will definitely use them again and refer friends to them! Thank all of you at Glenn Terhune Plumbing for a very good experience. Honest people making an honest living. That's what it's all about.

The job was quick - under 2 hours - and the price was about what I expected, with no surprises. My only complaint about them is that I had to call and prompt them along the way - nobody ever initiated the call to me. Once I got them to commit to coming, the job was done quickly and efficiently. Their work is outstanding, but they need to get on top of their scheduling and communication a little better.

Crew arrived on time and got to work right away. They were unable to unscrew the existing hot and cold lines to the existing faucet, and, knowing I'd purchased another new replacement faucet, simply cut the lines and removed the old faucet. New faucet install was
no problem. The crew removed old water valves and replaced with new ones. Only issue I have is their lack of attention to detail while replacing the water valves. The chrome escutcheon ring at the base of the cold water pipe was badly rusted. It would have been a no-brainer to replace that cheap circular ring, but once the job was finished and the crew was gone, I noticed the old rusty ring hadn't been touched. That crew needs a refresher in and quot;attention to detail!and quot;

I called in advance for an estimate of time it would take. The plumber was able to install the dishwasher and check on our ice maker line in the time estimated. I was very pleased. The dishwasher has now been installed a couple weeks with no problems at all!
