I work in the IT industry so asking for help with my computer is very hard for me and a blow to my pride. When I spent a ton of money on parts to build a new computer and then it doesn't boot up for me, i was devastated. I reluctantly gave in and contacted Bradley at TechNation. I can't tell you how awesome he was. The level of service that he provided was outstanding. When I wasn't able to drop off the PC, he personally came to my house and picked it up. He kept me informed about the status all the way through and had my PC back to me in working order within 24 hours. I won't hesitate in the future to call TechNation.
