The provided went door to door soliciting services. We agreed to have the driveway and roof power washed and all exterior wood and the chimney painted. He started the job, but spent most of the time trying to drum up more business. Half of the price was paid. We have not seen him in three weeks. He left all supplies in our back yard and did not return.
