They were good. They are a small company, a guy and his son. They did a great job and were very reasonable. They guy explained the advantage of going with a higher efficiency furnace and we have noticed a difference in the bill. He wasn't trying to give me a sales pitch. He also gave me references to check out. Everything they did was top notch. They were prompt and courteous and it was a good experience. We do recommend them to our friends.

They asked us if there was anything further they could do for us. They were one of the few subcontractors who came out on time or even came out period.
