No improvement after almost one yr of service

It is going well so far.

After the last treatment, I noticed that we were gradually getting a lot of crabgrass in the front yard. I called them to request a retreatment. I was told that they do not retreat for free if it had been more than 30 days since the last treatment. It had been 32 days. They wanted to come out and charge us for a full treatment. I was on hold for quite some time while they talked to a manager , and then was cut off. I called back and was given the and quot;Sorry, we have policies we have to follow.and quot; We dropped them the same day.

Chase is our service tech and he calls before each arrival to ensure I have secured the dog inside the house.  I have asked that they pay extra attention to securing the gate when they depart.  Our yard looks great, no weeds!  The price is the best I have found. Chase is professional and courteous and provides a statement of the treatment provided after each visit and instructions for care and watering.
We are still awaiting to have our lawn aeration completed.

My husband worked with them. We have just started with them recently and everything is fine now. So far, everything is so good. The reason that I chose them was just because other yards look so great so I asked who they use and that was how I got their name. We pay them for a whole year and they charge like $35 a treatment and I believe that there are seven treatments in a year. We have not had any issues that they needed to respond to.

Punctual and responsive and cost effective. Usually communication via emails work best with them. We have an annual contract with them. The only reason for B on quality is because we are yet to see complete control over weeds and it may well be due to fact that we havent completed all seven applications yet. Will need to provide another update here later this year on quality of weed control.

I've been using Southern Spray Company for 18 years on a regular basis. I had to teach the guy who came to spray at my house what not to spray because he killed some plants. The company itself did not respond and the only reason I kept them was because of the professionalism of the guy who was spraying. He was very apologetic. After that incident the service was perfect but they changed personnel and I noticed last week that some plants had died.

Everything went well. Will use again.

I give them high marks. My experience went very well. They provided very good service. The price was good. The quality was excellent. They were excellent. I would use them in the future.

Yard looks the best in the neighborhood. Easy and convenice

I've been using Southern Spray for about 18 months. I don't have a yearly contract so they call every six weeks or so to confirm another treatment. The one time had a complaint (the borders of the flower beds were knocked out of place, the bill left in the wrong location) the company was apologetic and responsive. And my lawn looks great.

We have had Southern Spray doing our lawn for approximately 2 years. After trying another company and doing the yard ourselves we called Southern Spray. We now have one of the best lawns in the neighborhood. We have referred Southern Spray to another one of our neighbors and they are very satisfied with the service also.

The lawn has turned out wonderful. The service is excellent and I will be using them again next year.

We have been very happy with the way our lawn has looked because of the efforts of this company. They are punctual, always clean, and the price is right for what we were looking for. I hold off posting the amount though for personal reasons.

Southern Spray Company even had terrible customer service. My shrubs looked terrible because they failed to find or inform me that there was a fungus problem with them. My lawn is dying in the back. When I talked to them about it, they treated me poorly. I am finished with them.

I had a poor performance with Southern Spray. I didn t feel they did their job adequately. There were still weeds everywhere that they should have taken care of it. I cancelled my service, and did the job myself.

We had a yearly contract with this company, but they also did service calls. They did an excellent job in their application of fertilizer and weed control. There weren t any weeds and the lawn looked good. They left us a report on what was done if we were not at home.
