I think they are about the same as any other company out there. I have never had any problems with the company or their service. If there is ever a reason to call them, I believe they will respond quickly.

We've used Southern Security for the last ten years. We had a few false alarms in the beginning and they responded instantly. We can call them if we need them. For example, they replaced a window sensor at no charge.
