Used Siano website form to ask if a particular fridge model was in stock. Told to call the store to find out. Why have the form on the website? Decided to take my $2,500 business elsewhere. Carter Lawson was the employee who furnished such an unhelpful response to my question.

I didn't like the owner, he was too pushy. He tried to sell something I didn't want. He was obnoxious.

Aside from getting a great price on the refrigerator, the experience was terrible. I bought the frig., but didn't set up a delivery time. I told them I would call back with the time. I called back set up the time and scheduled time off from work.  On the delivery day I was sitting at home waiting and I decided to call the check on the delivery.  Well, they didn't have me set up for delivery and wouldn't deliver it that day.  On the next try I scheduled it on day my wife was off work because I didn't want to miss another day of work. They delivered the frig, but when I came home I found they didn't level it like I paid for and the didn't install the door stops, so I open the frig door and it slams against the wall.  Thank goodness it didn't dent the stainless. I called the store and this idiot on the line tells me he's been in the appliance business for 20 years and has never heard of door stops on a refrigerator. This was the after this same idiot says to me "well I don't know who you" are instead of can I have your name please when I call to tell them I need assistance.   3rd time to the house on my wife's day off and they still didn't level the frig.  This time I did it my self.
The only reason I'm not giving them the worst rating is because I did get a great price on the frig.
