Jeff did an excellent job at explaining what they would install, the benefits of each monitoring station and what was possible in our home since it was not prewired for alarm. Jeremy was our installer and he did an great job installing the system and training us on how to use it.

it went well. We met first with their sales rep. He walked us through our current system ( we had just moved in and had little idea what we had!). Through the process, he worked to keep as much of the existing system as possible while also understanding our needs. After a couple of iterations, we came to a solution. His expertise was valuable during the process. Then they came and did the install. It did take longer than expected, but we realized we has a VERY complex system. It is now installed and ready to go! Do think about how you want to access your system (we chose an option where we could use our phones for example). Don't be afraid to ask the stupid questions - we learned a lot in the process!
