They came and fix what is needed to be fixed.

They did a good job, but they are late coming back to install the code upgrades. They were very nice, otherwise.

The price is a little high.

Already need replacement parts. This makes me feel that they used a refurbished product. The part that is being replaced had to be ordered and it may take a few days to be received. Of course, this means we are quite warm, physically and emotionally.

I have never had any problems with Sears, whenever we have called them, they have come to do the repairs, I have a plan so if anything has a problem, they come over and fix it and we have never had problems. They are expensive but they do a good job and they are reliable.

Very well.

They are excellent and I will go here again to purchase an appliance.

I wouldn't go back to Sears to make any type of purchase for my home. This is how I feel about Sears and Idefinitely wouldn't recommend them. Lowes is having a sale Saturday and they let me purchase the washer today @ the Saturday price- no problem @ all.

Sears said I couldn't do that and if I bought before Saturday, I couldn't get an adjustment made for the sale price. Lowes also has no delivery charge, no haul off charge, no set up charge. It was uncomfortable to shop @ Sears as it was extremely hot in the basement area and I could hardly breathe and it was very cold outside. This is my Sears story.

I was very happy with them. I was happy with the work they did. They did the work quickly. The workers were very professional. I think Sears is a little overpriced.

I'm really happy with them. The store was fine but the sales person was really good about explaining all the internodes of refrigerators. We are getting stainless steel and we have had bad experience with a stainless steel refrigerator in the past because it starched and stuff. He explained how the finishes have been improved upon and how to saving electricity. He talked to us about the parts of our refrigerator. He was very helpful and personable. If I had to go back to the store again I would try to find him because I thought he was a good person to work with. They delivered the refrigerator on time and quickly. I had a plumber to come out and fix the dishwasher.

I got a year of no interest if I paid it off by December 9th of 2010. They came in ready to go to work. I thought it would take a couple days to finish the work. They were here at 1pm and by 430pm they were finished and gone. They did have to come in the next day with sheet metal and put it around the heat pipe. It only took a few hours. Two days at the most and they were in and out and gone. They were reasonably priced. It was really competitive, They will negotiate. The first price they came up with I told them he had lost his mind and I was not going to pay that kind of money. He came with his assistant and looked around and came up with a more reasonable price. But you have to be educated and know what you are talking about. I was completely satisfied. I will call them again to install a new system in a house I am about to move into.
