They did a excellent job replacing the pump for me. I have a good washer so even though the part was expensive it was worth keeping the washer. They had the parts and were able to get it back working in no time.

The funny thing is that I bought the dryer from Whirlpool about a year ago and I have had to call them three times to come and fix it so far. This last time, I had to pay for the services because they said it was something that I had done. Anyways, I do not want to get into that. I am just upset that it has been three separate occasions and it is beginning to get ridiculous. This is one of the newer digital dryers and honestly, I would rather have one of the older version ones. They seem to work and last for years beyond years. Whirlpool could not even explain why this was happening. However they did fix it and it has been about three months since I have had to call them again. Hopefully, this is over and I do not have to call them again, but, if I do, I will.
