As this was our first time with this sort of renovation project, Owner Jamie's patience and guidance was badly needed and outstandingly given. She knew from the first minute we walked in that her endless knowledge and background was to be our education. After bringing home numerous recommended samples and many, many clearly answered questions, our project decisions were completed. Together with the services of Janie and Jeff at Griffin Tile, the last minute details were decided, and our project turned out better and more beautiful than we could have anticipated.

We were referred to Savannah Tile by Midtown Hardwood and Tile. Jamie was very patient and helpful in the processing of determining the flooring material we would use. She provided me sample boards to try in the house when I had finally narrowed it down to a manageable number. She even suggested a local business that had the tile installed in the pattern I was contemplating that might help me envision the end result.
They do sell to the public and do not do contractor pricing - based on the comparisons I did, they were competitive in pricing once shipping and total cost was taken into consideration.
We were very satisfied with the end product as well as the customer service we received throughout the process!

I WAS IMPRESSED BY THE AMOUNT OF TIME THE REP SPENT WITH ME. SHE WORKED WITH ME TO SELECT THE PERFECT TILE AND TRIM. THIS INVOLVED PUTTING TOGETHER SEVERAL TILE COMBINATIONSL I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH MY VISIT TO THEIR SHOWROOM.
