The work was excellent. The price was good. The owner was present the entire time the workers were doing the work. Everything was done very well, and they cleaned up everything. If I have more tree problems, I will call them back.

I've used them 3 different times. Each time they have done real well. They know what they're doing. When they're doing, they clean up and haul off. They call before and let me know when they are going to be there. I highly recommend them.

Courteous and respectful.  Completely supervised by Mr. Sanders - a very kind and nice man.

The actual removal of the tree was great. They had to drop our power lines in order to cut back the tree, but it was done without issue and there was no mess afterwards. They were able to complete the job in one day, once they were able to come out. My only complaint is their scheduling. It took a week just to get a quote, then over 3 weeks to schedule the appointment. Then they failed to come on the day scheduled and had to re-schedule for the following Monday. They are a small shop so I see how these things can happen, but it did require a lot of patience.

It was good. They were professional, they did exactly what they said they were going to do and as far as price I would say that they were pricey but reasonable. Overall, I was very pleased with the service but it wasn't cheap.

Mike Sanders came and gave me an estimate of each tree; explained which ones are priorities and why; explained what kind of work each tree will get.
as told at the first meeting, he called again the week before his team came to do the job and scheduled the day.
They started work on a Thursday afternoon, and didn't finish cleaning, b/c it was a lot of debris from the 2 oak trees; they came Friday morning and cleaned the yard.
Great professional job! I already recommended them to 2 friends.

The crew showed up in my yard unannounced, to do the job, but did a great job.  They moved all of the yard art and lawn furniture out of the way before starting, did a great job with the tree, removed all of the debris and cleaned up the mess in my yard and my next door neighbors driveway.  They moved everything back in place when they finished.  Considering the amount of branches removed, they didn't even leave behind a leaf on the ground.  Outstanding results!  I miss the rich shade, but I know that it'll be back soon and the tree is healthier from the attention.

Do not be alarmed at price for my service. This was a very big job involving a crane and multiple days work for a 6 man crew.

I call Sanders Tree removal shortly after the ice storms had rolled through Memphis and inquired if they would be able to come give me an estimate. They set up a time to come out and was very punctual, he walked with me writing down everything that I would like to have removed, ground down or pruned up. Came back with a quote that I found to be quite fair. Mike informed me that it would be a bit before he could start the job cause he was backed up due to the ice storm. '
Mike showed up on time a few weeks later and he crew started to work. They made quick work of things and did not leave the place a mess. Mike's team were completely professional.
I will use Mike again and would recommend him to anyone.

They were prompt and removed the tres safely.  They were professional and cleaned up after the work with the exception of numerous cigarette butts left in my yard.

Went as planned.  No surprises.  Cleaned up the surrounding area with only minimal damage to flower bed that was around the base of the tree.

Prompt response. Was able to perform service with a bucket lift. Avoided damage to smaller trees and shrubs which has been a problem with previous providers.
