My wife brought home a wrought iron, glass top table from a yard sale. About 12'X24"20". The ugly flaking paint ranged in thickness and color from nothing to a quarter inch. After worrying over it with a wire brush, I decided there must be a better way. The table was sound and of very nice quality, just ugly. I Google d 'sandblasting Memphis' and these guys popped up. They were in Mid-Town so I gave them a call. Ed asked me to bring it by and "We'll figure something out."
Maybe I was lucky, but they took care of it on the spot. $25 cash. (They are not set up for credit cards.)
Bottom line, I brought home a shiny metal table ready to paint. A rattle can of Rustoleum and we have a very nice new table.
