The experience was excellent. The crew showed up when they said they would be there and finished the work on time and at the agreed upon price. They were very professional and clearly took pride in their work. I plan on using them again on my next project.

I explained to Matt the type of doors I wanted at my laundry area the louvered doors. He found a company that would order the doors and have them delivered. The doors were delivered today, Matt and Brian installed them and cleaned up afterwards. I also got estimates on future projects I need completed in my home. I highly recomment this company they were very kind and professional.

It went very well. I left a message on their voice mail late yesterday afternoon. The proprietor called back this morning and we came to an agreement. A half-hour later (a few minutes sooner than promised) he and his helper pulled their truck into my driveway. He spotted the problem before I had a chance to point it out to him - an out-of-position slat near the very peak of the roof. Soon the slat was back in position, held with screws rather than the nails that had come loose. While he was up there he also used screws to fasten down the other slats in the vent, re-positioned and secured an adjacent piece of trim, and then got out a paint brush and touched up that area, all done and cleaned up well within an hour.

I called Matt initially to come and give me an estimate of the work described above and he was very nice and professional. We set a date to start the work and he was there right on time. He worked with me and his crew was very nice. It took 3 full days to do everything but they cleaned up once they were done and told me to call him if I saw anything I wasn't pleased with. He walked through the house with me and showed me everything and made sure I was happy with all of it. I was able to give him keys to my house so he could come and go and we had no issues. I felt I could completely trust him and that was VERY VERY important to me. My husband and I both work full time and wouldn't have been able to take off work so it was important for me to find someone I could trust to work in my home without me being there. We definately found that with Matt and his crew. I even had him move my dining room chandelier over to have it centered and he worked with me to do that while on this job even though we hadn't discussed doing that in the initial quote. It turned into way more work than he anticipated but he did not charge me anything over the quote he had given me. Overall, I was very pleased with all the work they did. I will be calling them back to replace more rotting wood on the outside of the house and to do some work in my master bathroom.

Gave us an estimate. Did an excellent job! Very friendly and willing to work with you. Have additional work scheduled to put new gutter up and eventually will have them paint the exterior of house, replacing rotted wood and rehanging shutters. Very satisfied with their work.

The project worked out well. The company showed up on time and did an excellent job of replacing the subflooring where the wood was rotten. They did a good job tiling the bathroom floor and shower, installing plaster boards and painting the walls and ceiling. They installed a vanity, commode and shower with a grab bar and completed the work within one week and on budget. I would definitely hire them again.

Everything was completed in a professional and timely manner. I would highly recommend S & M Customs for all home repairs.

You can ask them to do anything and they will do it and it is done well.

They are real thorough workers and real clean too. They are nice guys. They are a small company. The main man I think is Matthew Page and he is real thorough about what he does and he will be there at a certain time if he says he is going to be there and that is good. I spent $1000 for labor. I would give them top marks on everything. I would use them again in the future; in fact, I am using them today.

I would strongly recommend them to others and would definitely use them again myself.

I cannot say enough good things about S & M Customs. Everything was completed in a timely and professional manner. They were also understanding when I experienced delays in obtaining the vanity cabinet I had ordered. The bathroom is beautiful. I look forward to my next project with S & M Customs.
