Richards heating and air conditioning

Friendly.,.. Dependable... Honest... Did exactly what they said they would do. I'd highly recommend them.

Rude and incompetent, sevaral major leaks after installation of new furnace and airconditioning. Dishonest

We have used Richards several times.  They are efficient, friendly and competitive pricing.

We had no problems with the work they did for us. Everyone was very kind and we had no problems in getting any of our questions answered as well. We were very satisfied with the price of the entire job. It was a comfort to know that these people really knew what they were doing and that they stood behind there work 100%. They made sure we knew exactly how to work the new system before they left.

Everyone we dealt with treated us with respect. They were all very polite. They really did do a good job. We set up the date and time, and they were right on time. We are very happy with the new system. The price was very reasonable. It was very competitive to other quotes we received. The only thing I have to say is that a few days after the job was completed, we noticed that it was off balance. We called them to come out but they kind of kept pushing us aside. We finally did it ourselves.

Overall, they did an average job and installed average heating and air units. They rushed through the job at the end and did not properly complete the installation. I had to have them come back out and fix the problem.

We had absolutely no problems at all with our experience in dealing with this company. Everyone was very pleasant. We can't get over how great the price was. The guys who installed it said it went right in and that they had no problems. These guys were fast with the installation and they made perfectly sure that there were no leaks of any kind.

He's a wonderful person. He's also done a lot of plumbing work and replaced a unit outside of the house. He's done work for me for 8 years. He's outstanding. He doesn't wait five days to get here. He came within 15 minutes when our ceiling was leaking. He's also very honest, and I gave him the codes to get in my house. It didn't bother me, and he is very trustworthy. The last time he came, I mentioned something else that wasn't working, and he went back and did everything at no charge. He's also a good plumber.
