Heating and Air Conditioning Service
Reliable is a great partner. Everything about this experience, sans parting with my hard-earned cash, was great. I'm glad to pay for a good quality service just the same. From the Sales call to the installation it has been great working with the Reliable team. In fact, I threw them somewhat of a curveball late in the process since I'd received a letter from the Inside Sales Manager after the price negotiation for the new unit. The inside sales manager was incentivising me to replace the system I had them out to service recently. Tom (my sales person) had me take a picture of the letter and send it to him and he responded they would gladly honor the extra discount. That was icing on the cake!
Gary and Mark graciously came out to the house on a Saturday with a very late notice and worked diligently through the whole day. They were efficient and professional. They covered the floors between the fromt door and the unit upstairs so we didn't even have to wonder about keeping things tidy. They turned down every offer for a cold drink because they came prepared. They took a minimal lunch break and were finished by the 5:00 hour, signed, sealed and delivered. They also were very gracious in answering my many questions throughout.
We love the unit Tom suggested after evaluating our situation and space. The unit cost less than the downstairs unit we had replaced 6 years ago and is a 18 seer unit where the downstairs unit we replaced back then was a 15 seer unit. This new unit is a variable speed fan with a 2 stage operation. It is quite an upgrade and cost less than the last one.
The warranties are outstanding and the technicians are considerate and professional. We highly recommend the Reliable team to anyone either mildly, or dissatisfied with their current provider. There is hope for high quality service where you get what you pay for!
