We purchased a zero-gravity recliner. The brake line broke on the recliner. The store gave me a copy of my receipt AND loaned me one of the floor model zero-gravity recliners while I was waiting for the brake line to come for a repair. They didn't have to do this, but they fully support their product and they definitely made a believer out of me in terms of their customer service and attention to what the customer needs.
