+ -1 moreI also went to their showroom and left my phone number for the decorator to call me. No response; they could have cared less. Had to go back to showroom to pick up my blueprints. No one bothered to call me to apologize or follow up after I picked up blueprints. Never again. I hired another decorator.
Description of Work: The provider came to my house and took photos after I asked them for assistance in decorating my entire house. I never heard from them again. They also kept my blueprints for 6 months. They never returned my phone calls or emails.
