Holy cow! These guys are great!! They were recommended by a body shop that I use. The body shop said they were the best dent/hail repair shop in Memphis and they weren't kidding. I brought in a '83 Fleetwood Brougham Coupe with some significant hail damage. I dropped by, without an appointment, and got an estimate--which was quick and much, much less than I had expected. I called them about 6 weeks later and asked to schedule an appointment. They must work on all of the cars from the high end dealership because the place was full of really expensive cars. My 33 year old Cadillac almost looked out of place. I dropped off the car and told them I was not in a rush. About a week later the car was finished. Because I was not in a rush, they worked me in between the BMW's, Infiniti's, etc. My expectations weren't that high because the price they gave me was pretty low, in my opinion. Hail repair on the truck and hood was only $500! When I picked up the car, I was simply blown away. These guys are great. Extremely professional and will be my go to shop for dent repair

  Recently I received damage ( 3 dents ) to the drivers side door of my less than a year old SUV.
  The Collision Center sent me to Quality Dent Removal to see if they could repair it.  I took it in
  and they were so nice to deal with.  The owner, Kurt, thought they could fix it, but after starting on
  it he realized that the metal was too stretched out to be able to repair it.  I wish it could have been
  fixed.  I would definitely recommend them to anyone... they were very professional and nice to
  deal with.  GREAT SHOP !!!

We have a 2013 Ford Explorer. It had already received three door dings. The car is black thus very noticeable from an angle. Read the reviews for this service here and decided to try them. Glad I did. They did an excellent job...quick....and cant tell there were dents there at one time. Use these folks......very satisfied.

I recently purchased a used GMC truck that had a moderate impact dent just below the left tail light. The damage was very noticable and annoyed me a lot. I had decided to live with it, but stumbled across Kurt's name here and decided to at least see what it would cost to fix it. Kurt told me on the front end that he could only get about 90% of the dent out, and quoted me a price of $60.00. I was pleasantly surprised as I was prepared to pay a couple of hundred. I was at his shop when he opened the next morning, and he had me on my way for $40.00 an hour later. He was right on with his projected end result and the charges were less than he expected. I am very happy with the work and cost. I would give them an A+ if i could.

I had just had tires put on my car and had it over at a service center for some inspection and was told about Kurt and his shop just a couple miles away, so when I was done there I headed over to Quality Dent Repair. I met with Kurt, the owner, and had him take a look at the dent. He was confident he could remove the dent without much issue. I noticed that his front office area was very clean and un-cluttered. That went a long way in building the confidence I had in this company. Their van outside is also very clean and professional looking. I returned the next morning and Kurt took the car back and started to get to work. He came out after about an hour or so and asked if I wanted to watch. I was more than willing to see exactly how the whole process is done, and I was amazed! The attention to detail is superb and Kurt is very meticulous about his work. I stood and watched as the large dent faded away as he worked the dent out from the inside with a thin flat tool. A little wet sand, polish, and wax and the dent is gone. This is the most amazing part: I cannot tell where the dent was. I had looked at that thing everytime I drove the car and now, I can only tell you the general area where the dent used to be.

With over 20 years of experience in dent removal from any and all types of vehicles you will not have to worry about a thing. Kurt even makes sure to spray a little anti-corrosive film on the area he worked to ensure your car won't have an issue later on.

The no-drill (no damage) technique Kurt uses is prefered by most dealers, service centers, and auto body shops. The proof is in the results and I could not be happier.
